Impedance spectrometer Novocontrol Alpha-A modular system

The broadband dielectric spectrometer setup provides analysis of fundamental parameters (conductivity, permittivity, and impedance spectra) in solid materials across a temperature range from −160 °C to 400 °C.

  • Recommended Frequency Range: 10 µHz – 1 MHz
  • Measured Quantities: Impedance, capacitance, conductivity, dielectric permittivity (real and imaginary), loss factor, tan δ, and more
  • Accuracy: Better than 1% across a wide frequency range
  • Recommended DC Bias Voltage: up to 40 V

  • Alpha-A Mainframe (Measurement Unit)
  • Optional Modules:
    - Temperature Control Units (Recommended from  -100 °C to +400 °C)
