RSA-G2

RSA-G2 machine is an advanced platform for mechanical analysis of solids. An amount of a sample depends on used geometry but it is typically few grams of measured material molded into desired shape (e.g. beams, fibers, films, cylinders). Available clamping systems are three point bending, single and dual cantilever, tension, compression, shear sandwich, and setup for immersion testing. The separate motor and transducer technology of the RSA-G2 insures the most trustworthy mechanical data through independent control of deformation and measurement of stress. It is capable of performing the most accurate DMA measurements as well as many additional experiments including creep and recovery, stress relaxation, fatigue, stress ramps, strain rate ramps, iso-strain, iso-force, arbitrary waveform, multi-wave, and dielectric thermal analysis.
